1. Delivery: Orders in stock will be delivered within 3-5 business days (US Stock 1-3 days to US) after the order has been processed and payment has been received.  For the customized machine or the machine our of stock, it might take 3-5 days to get ready before shipment

2. Shipping Methods: We use DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT to ship our products. Plus, we can ship the products to your forwarder in China if you have one. We will offer you EXW price for that.

3. Shipping Costs: Machine Price and shipping costs will be provided by the sale service by whatsapp, quote or email.

4. Tracking:  A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

5. Shipping Address: Please make sure to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs inspections.

7. Signature Required: For security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery.
